Terra Ice™

The First, Only, Truly Compostable Gel Pack

Terra Ice™ is the only truly compostable gel pack. It consists of certified compostable materials per the American Society for Testing and Materials standard D6400. It offers the same performance as a regular gel pack, with a eutectic point of 32 F, but allows for easy, safe disposal thanks to its 100% biodegradable gel formula. It can turn into usable soil when composted or decompose fast when landfilled, leading to convenient and low-impact disposal.

No need to open the pouch or recycle Terra Ice™ gel packs. You and your customers can simply toss the gel pack into the trash, where it will gradually break down into organic components, or better yet, dispose of it through a municipal or industrial composting network, where it will turn into valuable soil.

Augment the sustainability benefits of drain safe gel packs by offering your customers a useful, up-cyclable gel that they can use to fertilize plants and grass.

To better divert the weight of the disposed gel from landfills (See Vortec Ice™), Enviro Ice™ gel can be disposed of in kitchen drains or better yet diluted in water to offer a nitrogen-based plant food that can be applied to indoor and outdoor plants as well as grass.

Enviro Ice™ packs are backed by independent lab testing and available in 32 F (Enviro Ice™) and 10 F (Enviro Ice™ -12C) formulations. They provide a safe, eco-friendly method to package and ship perishables. The Enviro Ice™ formulation for applications where a traditional gel pack is used. Premium Gel Ice Refrigerant

CuraTemp Pro is our premium gel ice pack, crafted to prevent temperature excursions when it matters most. It features a self-insulating composition designed to maintain a consistent temperature throughout transit by reducing heat transfer from the environment to the refrigerant.

Available in eutectic points ranging from -10 F to +30 F, CuraTemp is ideal for shipping perishables with strict temperature requirements, including vaccines, insulin, dairy products and seafood. The +10 F formulation keeps shipments frozen during transport.

CuraTemp Pro gel packs also expand minimally during freezing, meaning they retain shape and remain mostly unchanged as they thaw. You can effectively use CureTemp Pro for tight pack-outs and maximizing container space.

Sizes range from 8 to 68 ounces to meet your packaging needs and are available at various price points. You can also choose from reusable or disposable CuraTemp Pro packs to suit your preferences.

Premium Reusable Cold Packs

FlexGel

Designed for extended use, FlexGel™ packs are made from a unique, self-insulating plastic that remains flexible when frozen, and can be refrozen numerous times. Because they conform to the body, flexible packs provide excellent therapeutic impact. A premium exterior wrapping material makes these packs soft and comfortable to the touch.

FlexGel packs come in a wide range of shapes and sizes to effectively treat every area of the body. Larger packs are constructed of multiple sections to provide even greater flexibility. For safety, always place a barrier — such as one of our fabric covers — between the ice pack and the skin, and do not apply pack or longer than 20 minutes at a time.

In the unlikely event that the outer material of a FlexGel pack should be punctured, the interior contents are harmless to people and pets, and will not stain.
